How does Confidant work?

Confidant binds with Tyrosine (which is already present in the body) to create Thyroxin.

Thyroxin is converted into Thyrotropin (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone - TSH) and Triiodothyronine, thus supporting the chemistry that controls your metabolism.

During the day
The first tablet should be taken at breakfast, this is the optimal time to kick start your metabolism, and keep it active all day. After breakfast, your metabolism will increase, and your body will burn more calories.


Overnight
Take your second tablet with your evening meal. Your body will switch to fat burning mode if you provide it with the right set of circumstances. If you take Confidant and eat your last meal at least two hours before you go to sleep, your body will start to exhaust its supply of carbohydrate.
