Unlike many other protein flapjacks available the reflex flapjacks contain no hydrolysed gelatine, which is a poor source of protein. Instead the 20g of protein from each flapjack is from pure hydrolysed whey protein, which is arguably one of the highest quality forms of protein available with a high biological value and fantastic amino acid spectrum.
