The active compound in Epithen-E from Generic Labz is 2a,3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol - more commonly known as Epistane. Epithen-E is a methylated version of the original Epitiostanol, which was created in the 1960's and commonly used for breast cancer treatment at the time.
