 What are your delivery times?

Delivery would normally take 2-5 working days for stock items. Some items are sourced from other countries in order for us to offer cheaper prices and therefore if we are out of stock, we would contact you immediately to advise you and offer you the option of a refund or alternative.

Can you deliver to my workplace?

All payments are handled through Paypal, so providing everything is in order it shouldn’t be a problem. Our policies will run alongside Paypal’s.

You don’t seem to have the item I want…..

There are many different products, and we would like to know which ones you want. Contact us and we will reply within 24 hours with a price and availability. Our ranges will expand as we try to stock the products you would rather use, instead of ones that you don’t!

I’ve had a delivery, but the items are damaged…..

Contact us! We will be more than happy to help. Unfortunately items are susceptible to damage in transit if not packaged correctly etc. We try our hardest to ensure every product is carefully packaged, but once they reach the carrier it is out of our hands. If you receive the item damaged, we will sort it out ASAP.

What type of payments do you accept?

All our payments are handled through Paypal, offering you a fast, easy and secure means of paying. If you do not have a Paypal account, do not worry! You can still pay with a credit or debit card via the link on the Paypal login page. In this way you can still have all the benefits of paying via a secure means, without needing an account! If you are unsure as to payments methods, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
